Welcome to Aurayah.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aurayah website, membership services, teachings, livestreams, community areas, content, and related features operated by Aurayah, LLC ("Aurayah," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Aurayah, creating an account, participating in community spaces, or purchasing or receiving a membership or sponsorship, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Aurayah.
1. Eligibility
Aurayah is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
- your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Aurayah operates from the United States and is governed under Arizona law.
2. Memberships and Billing
Aurayah offers recurring monthly membership subscriptions.
Public-facing references to "monthly contributions" or "membership contributions" refer to recurring paid membership subscriptions.
Contribution Amounts
Membership contribution amounts currently range from $5 USD to $1,000 USD per month.
Individuals interested in contributing more than $1,000 USD per month may contact connect@aurayah.org.
Aurayah reserves the right to modify pricing, contribution structures, features, or membership offerings at any time.
Billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers including card processors and digital wallet providers.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges using your selected payment method.
Members may adjust their contribution amount at any time through their account settings. Adjustments take effect on the next billing cycle.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Aurayah and its payment providers may attempt to retry the charge automatically. Aurayah may provide a limited grace period before suspending or terminating membership access.
Aurayah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for failed or overdue payments at its sole discretion.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Upon cancellation, access to all membership-level content, teachings, community areas, livestreams, and features ends immediately.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Aurayah does not provide refunds, including partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused billing periods, dissatisfaction with teachings, lack of usage, disagreement with teachings, or account termination.
3. Sponsorship Access
Aurayah may offer sponsored access for individuals experiencing hardship.
Sponsorship applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Aurayah and its administrators. Sponsorship approval is not guaranteed.
Sponsored access is generally granted for one month at a time and may require reapplication for continued access.
Applicants are responsible for reapplying before sponsorship expiration if they wish to maintain uninterrupted access.
Aurayah may revoke sponsorship access at any time and at its sole discretion.
4. Accounts and Account Security
Users must create an account to access membership content and features.
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- restricting unauthorized access to their account;
- all activity occurring under their account; and
- promptly notifying Aurayah of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
Accounts are limited to one individual per account.
Credential sharing, account sharing, or unauthorized multi-user access is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without warning.
Aurayah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation, fraud, or misuse.
5. Free and Membership Content
Some portions of the Aurayah website may remain publicly accessible without membership.
Public areas may include:
- introductory materials;
- selected articles or excerpts;
- announcements;
- upcoming feature previews; or
- content specifically designated as publicly available.
Membership-only areas are restricted to authorized members or sponsored users.
Attempting to bypass access restrictions or platform protections is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All Aurayah teachings, writings, recordings, audio, video, graphics, branding, logos, systems, platform materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to Aurayah unless otherwise stated.
Membership access grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Access does not transfer ownership rights.
Restricted Use
Unless explicitly permitted by Aurayah:
- teachings may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, reposted, extracted, published, commercially exploited, publicly quoted, rebroadcast, resold, or repurposed;
- livestreams may not be recorded or redistributed;
- membership content may not be shared outside the Aurayah platform;
- users may not use teachings or platform content for commercial gain; and
- users may not remove teachings from the context in which they are presented.
Aurayah may designate certain content as shareable.
Shareable content may include official excerpts, public posts, or content provided with sharing tools or instructions.
Unless otherwise stated, free public materials may be shared only with proper attribution to Aurayah.
Certain third-party scriptures, references, or materials appearing on the platform may remain subject to their own permissions, ownership structures, or public-domain status.
Downloads
Content is provided primarily for streaming or on-platform viewing access unless explicitly marked as downloadable.
If no download option is provided, the content is not authorized for download or redistribution.
Content Modifications
Aurayah reserves the right to:
- modify, remove, archive, discontinue, or replace any teachings or content;
- reorganize platform features;
- restrict access; or
- discontinue specific offerings at any time.
Aurayah does not guarantee permanent availability of any teaching, archive, livestream, commentary, or feature.
7. Questions and User Submissions
Users may submit questions, comments, reactions, or other materials through the platform.
Submitted questions may be:
- answered publicly within membership areas;
- addressed through articles, audio responses, livestreams, or recorded teachings;
- grouped into broader themes; or
- addressed indirectly.
Aurayah does not guarantee:
- that every question will receive an individual response;
- that responses will occur within a specific timeframe; or
- that responses will align with a user's preferred explanation style.
Teachings are intended for guided educational and spiritual purposes and are not individualized coaching, therapy, customer-service-on-demand, or guaranteed advisory services.
Satisfaction, agreement, enjoyment, or specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Visibility of Questions
Questions submitted through website forms are generally visible only to Aurayah administrators and authorized personnel.
Questions or comments submitted through livestream chats or public community spaces may be visible to other participants.
By participating in livestream chats or public community features, users acknowledge that their messages may be publicly visible to attendees.
Aurayah may occasionally reference usernames or participants during livestreams or teaching responses.
Retention of Submissions
Aurayah may retain, archive, review, moderate, or remove submissions at its sole discretion.
Users may request that a submitted question no longer be answered, but submission removal is not guaranteed.
8. Community Conduct and Moderation
Aurayah community spaces are intended to support respectful participation within the context of the platform's teachings.
The following conduct is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- harassment;
- threats;
- hate speech;
- intimidation;
- impersonation;
- fraud or deception;
- spam;
- disruptive behavior;
- malicious conduct;
- unauthorized promotion or solicitation;
- credential sharing;
- reposting restricted teachings or member content;
- attempts to bypass platform protections;
- misuse of community spaces;
- illegal activity;
- privacy violations; or
- conduct deemed harmful to the platform, community, or users.
Aurayah reserves the right to interpret and enforce these standards at its sole discretion.
Moderation actions may include:
- content removal;
- warnings;
- temporary restrictions;
- suspension;
- permanent bans; or
- membership termination.
Moderation actions may occur with or without prior notice.
If users experience harassment, impersonation, threats, or harmful conduct, they should promptly report it to connect@aurayah.org.
Aurayah takes these matters seriously and aims to respond as quickly as reasonably possible. Response timing may vary based on operational circumstances, staffing, time zones, volume, and availability.
Aurayah does not provide emergency response services, crisis intervention, or real-time monitoring.
If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or appropriate emergency resources immediately.
9. Livestreams and Events
Livestreams are generally intended to be recorded and later made available as membership content.
Technical failures or operational circumstances may occasionally prevent recording.
Aurayah reserves the right to determine whether specific livestreams are recorded, archived, or redistributed.
Users may not record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially use livestreams or related materials without explicit written permission.
Livestream chats may be visible to participants attending the stream.
10. Privacy and Data Handling
Aurayah collects and processes information including, but not limited to:
- names;
- email addresses;
- billing information;
- profile information;
- submitted questions;
- comments;
- reactions;
- engagement activity; and
- operational platform usage data.
Aurayah may use analytics tools, cookies, and third-party services to improve functionality, security, operations, communications, and user experience.
Where legally required, consent notices or opt-in mechanisms may be provided.
Aurayah may send:
- transactional emails;
- receipts;
- operational notices;
- announcements; and
- optional marketing or newsletter communications.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.
Aurayah may retain user data for operational, legal, security, moderation, compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, and business purposes.
Aurayah does not guarantee absolute security or confidentiality.
Third-party service providers, including payment processors and integrated technologies, may separately process certain information under their own policies and terms.

11. Educational and Spiritual Disclaimer
Aurayah provides educational and spiritual content only.
Teachings, discussions, livestreams, writings, commentaries, and community interactions are not medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, financial advice, legal advice, or emergency services.
Aurayah does not guarantee:
- specific emotional outcomes;
- spiritual outcomes;
- personal transformation;
- financial outcomes;
- health outcomes; or
- individualized results.
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, interpretations, and participation.
12. Third-Party Services
Aurayah may incorporate third-party technologies, payment processors, livestream services, analytics providers, communication systems, community tools, mobile applications, or platform integrations.
These services may evolve over time.
Aurayah is not responsible for the independent operations, outages, policies, or conduct of third-party providers.
Use of certain integrated services may also be subject to third-party terms or policies.
13. International Users
Aurayah may be accessed internationally.
Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Aurayah operates from the United States under Arizona law.
Access availability does not guarantee legality in every jurisdiction.
14. Termination
Aurayah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access, memberships, sponsorships, accounts, or platform participation at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- policy violations;
- payment issues;
- community misconduct;
- impersonation;
- operational concerns;
- safety concerns; or
- platform misuse.
Termination may occur with or without notice.
Termination does not create entitlement to refunds.
15. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
By using Aurayah, you agree that disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the platform, memberships, content, or services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.
You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Either party may pursue qualifying claims in small claims court where permitted.
Arbitration shall generally occur under Arizona law.
This arbitration provision survives termination of your relationship with Aurayah.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Policy Changes
Aurayah reserves the right to modify these Terms, policies, offerings, platform features, or operational practices at any time.
Users are responsible for reviewing current policies.
Notices will be provided where legally required.
Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
