Last Updated: May 12, 2026

Aurayah community spaces are intended to support respectful participation within the context of the teachings shared on the platform.

Participation in Aurayah community areas, livestream chats, comments, and discussions is a privilege connected to membership or sponsored access.

These Community Guidelines supplement the Aurayah Terms of Service.

1. Respectful Participation

Users are expected to engage respectfully with:

  • other members;
  • moderators;
  • presenters; and
  • community participants.

Disagreement may occur, but harassment, hostility, manipulation, impersonation, intimidation, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct may result in moderation action, suspension, or removal:

  • harassment or abuse;
  • threats or intimidation;
  • hate speech;
  • impersonation;
  • dishonesty or deceptive conduct;
  • spam;
  • malicious disruption;
  • unauthorized promotion or solicitation;
  • sharing restricted teachings or member content;
  • credential sharing;
  • attempts to bypass platform protections;
  • misuse of community spaces;
  • privacy violations;
  • illegal activity; or
  • conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its participants.

Aurayah reserves the right to interpret and enforce these standards at its sole discretion.

3. Teachings and Content

Membership content is intended to remain within the Aurayah platform unless explicitly marked as shareable.

Teachings, recordings, livestreams, and membership content may not be reposted, redistributed, extracted, or commercially used without permission.

Shareable content will generally be clearly identified.

4. Livestreams and Public Participation

Messages submitted in livestream chats or public participation areas may be visible to other attendees.

Users participate voluntarily and are responsible for the information they choose to share publicly.

Aurayah may moderate, archive, remove, or restrict participation at its discretion.

5. Reporting Concerns

Users experiencing harassment, impersonation, threats, or harmful behavior should promptly contact:

connect@aurayah.org

Aurayah aims to respond as quickly as reasonably possible, though response timing may vary based on operational circumstances, staffing, time zones, volume, and availability.

Aurayah does not provide emergency response services or crisis intervention.

If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate emergency resources immediately.

6. Moderation Authority

Aurayah reserves the right to:

  • remove content;
  • restrict participation;
  • suspend accounts;
  • revoke memberships or sponsorships; or
  • permanently remove users from community spaces.

Moderation actions may occur with or without warning.

Access termination does not create entitlement to refunds.

7. Guiding Principle

Aurayah is intended to support guided spiritual and educational participation within a respectful and honest environment.

Users who participate in community spaces agree to do so responsibly, respectfully, and in alignment with these Guidelines.
