Teaching is Service
After meeting the minimum benchmarks, advanced students (Adepts) may Teach any level below their current progress. They do not "give answers;" they help you find your own.
The Weighted Rating System
On this path, the Student grades the Teacher. Your feedback determines the Teacher's ability to remain in service.
The Maturity Curve
To protect Teachers from the "bruised egos" of beginners, ratings from early sections are weighted at 40%, while feedback from those in the final stages of the Wedding carries a 100% weight.
Automatic Correction
If a Teacher's rating falls below the benchmark, they are automatically suspended to return to their own "Builder's Pause." The system ensures that the student's experience is always the true measure of a Teacher's skillfulness.
